Caddo District Court Judge Scott Crichton critiques Casey Anthony Defense Attorney Jose Baez in the subsequent "Not Guily" verdict for his client. Crichton taped the interview with Talk of the Town's Tom Pace inside his courtroom in . Shreveport, La. on July 6th, 2011. Crichton said that in retrospect, maybe the prosecution had "overcharged" Casey Anthony for First Degree Murder with Death Penalty. The Judge also speculated the jury's sequestered deliberations for 6 weeks might have also been a factor in their verdict.
